The Company Mecki’s Cycling S.r.l. unipersonale, based in Trento, Torbole sul Garda, Via Matteotti 110, sells and markets products and clothing for sports through its website www.meckistore.com and, more specifically, through its E-shop on www.meckistore.com.These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the www.meckistore.com website.The confirmation of the order by the buyer implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

 The connection to the e-Shop provider and the Internet is via a single personal computer, via modem.The costs of data traffic over the phone line to the website of the Company shall be borne by the customer.The customer bears sole responsibility for the configuration of their computer and installation of any necessary connection software.

Customer Obligations

 The customer, if this contract was entered into online, undertakes, once the procedure is concluded, to print out and archive this contract.

Unavailability of the product

 In the event of unavailability, for any reason, of an ordered product, the MECKI CYCLING company reserves the right to contact the customer to communicate the revised delivery time for the missing item and, if necessary, to arrange a replacement with a similar item.

Prices

Complaints
